Gift Cards, iPod, and More Awarded in 2010 NSSE Drawing

Two hundred four JSU freshmen and seniors were selected in a random drawing on April 21, 2010, to receive incentives for their participation in NSSE, National Survey of Student Engagement. As of Monday, April 19, 37.46% of the freshmen and seniors invited to participate in NSSE had completed the survey. NSSE is not over yet. Those of you who are selected but have not responded to the survey can still do so by clinking on the link that was sent to you via your JSU email.
To boost NSSE response, students completing the survey by April 18 were entered in a drawing. The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment announced that it would draw from the pool of participants to give away three $200 gift cards to Best Buy, one iPod shuffle, 100 JSU book bags, and 100 JSU jump drives.
The drawings were held on Wednesday, April 21, and the winners of the gift cards, donated by the Office of the President, were: John Du Pont, Mary Ledbetter, and Shantel Yadao. The winner of the iPod shuffle, donated by the office of the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, was: Charlotte Hurst.
The winners of JSU book bags and JSU jump drives are listed below. If your name is listed among the winners, please bring your student ID to Room 203 Bibb Graves Hall to claim your winning item by May 21, 2010.
